Making a difference Enrollment Management Innovations (EMI) was started in the early 90’s while founder Richard Ashley was managing and supervising the marketing, admissions and retention staff of a multi-location career college in Florida. The mission of EMI is to provide training, education and hands-on experience to the men and women who manage, supervise and implement the enrollment management and marketing departments of career colleges. To support this mission, EMI provides a number of services which will be outlined in more detail on this site. However, what separates Richard from other consultants is that until January, 2007 when he retired from the day to day career college industry he was “hands-on.” Having spent 30 years generating, converting and graduating thousands of career college students Richard has been where you are and welcomes the opportunity to get your school to the next level of Enrollment Management and Marketing.
