Richard Ashley, President of EMI, graduated from the University of Buffalo and went on to teach and coach in the New York State public school system. He became involved in Career Colleges in the 80s and had spend over 3 decades in marketing, admissions and enrollment management. He has managed schools that provide programs in auto, beauty, medical, computer, legal, design, technical, business and education; offering certificate programs up to and including master degrees. Richard had written and published over 50 articles covering topics in marketing, advertising, adult admissions and recruitment techniques, high school recruiting, student finance, phone/ email appointment centers and student retention.
